Overview

Message from the Conference Chairs

Welcome to the Eleventh Canadian Semiconductor Technology Conference (CSTC). Every two years the CSTC brings together engineers, scientists, and graduate students working in semiconductor-related technologies to exchange new ideas and research results, and to explore areas of common interest. While our success over the 22 years of our existence has generally paralleled the growth of the Canadian semiconductor industry as a whole, the interest of our sponsors, exhibitors and registrants continues to grow despite the short-term downturn in the communications and photonics sector. This enthusiasm reflects the intrinsic strength of the Canadian semiconductor research and development community….
