RegistrationADVANCE REGISTRATION ONLINE REGISTRATION NOW CLOSED. Participants who pre-register will benefit by way of a reduced registration fee as well as having all their documentation ready on arrival at the conference registration desk. Each registrant is requested to submit a separate registration form (or a photocopy of it), along with the registration fee. Registration forms without payment will not constitute a pre-registration.

REGISTRATION FEES
The Regular and Student registration fees entitle participants to attend the
scientific sessions, poster sessions, exhibits and social functions,
including the banquet on the evening of Thursday, August 18.
Banquet (included with full or student registration: additional tickets $75 CAD) METHOD OF PAYMENT Registration fees may be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) or cheque, in Canadian dollars to the order of Receiver General for Canada (Semi2005). All Federal Government Employees are invited to pay through the Interdepartmental Settlement (IS) system. Please send your registration form along with your payment to: Conference Secretariat CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS Participants may withdraw their registration application, in writing, to the Conference Secretariat prior to July 8, 2005. No requests for refunds will be accepted after this date. All refunds will be subject to a set administration fee.
