Lifetime Achievement Award

The organizing committee will also present the third CSTC Outstanding Achievement Award to someone who has made major contributions to semiconductor research and development in Canada.

Nominations are solicited for this award and should be sent to:

Nominations should include a cover letter summarizing the nominee’s achievements in and contributions to the advancement of Semiconductor Science and Technology in Canada and a detailed curriculum vitae of the nominee.

Previous CSTC Lifetime Achievement Award recipients include:

  • 2003 - Dr. C. Andre T. Salama

  • 2001 - Dr. H. Douglas Barber
