Proceedings

Authors presenting papers at the conference are encouraged to submit manuscripts for publication. The Conference Proceedings will be published in the May/June 2006 issue of the Journal of Vacuum Science and Technology (JVST). The manuscripts will have to follow the guidelines of the JVST.
The deadline for submission of manuscripts is August 16 , 2005. The manuscripts will be reviewed according to the normal JVST procedures. Final versions of the accepted manuscripts will be due November 24, 2005. This timetable is essential to meet the publication schedule. Since this is a regular journal publication, page charges must be honoured.

The form for page charges must accompany the manuscript.
