Nous sommes heureux de rapporter que l'Appel de communications de la CCTS a suscité plus de 180 auteurs à soumettre plus de 208 résumés. Ceci représente une augmentation de 20% par rapport aux dernières années. Merci à tous pour votre intérêt.

General Policies and Requirements for the Submission of Abstracts

  1. Only original material that has NOT been previously presented and describes new contributions in the areas of interest to the conference will be considered. All abstracts will be reviewed by the program committee. Selection of abstracts for the conference will depend on the scientific quality and relevance to the conference.

  2. The presenting author must submit the abstract.

  3. Abstracts must be submitted using the Microsoft Word template supplied on this website. The abstract must be submitted as a word document.

  4. The Abstract must not exceed the one-page limit. Abstracts exceeding the one-page limit will be returned for resubmission.

  5. Accepted abstracts will be published in a Program and Book of Abstracts which will be distributed to all CSTC2005 Participants.

Abstract Submission Procedure / Instructions

Please read through the submission instructions listed below before preparing your abstract.

Step 1: Download the Online Abstract Submission Instructions Guide (pdf)

Step 2: Download this template and insert/add your abstract text
(Abstracts must not exceed the one page limit)

Internet Explorer: Right click and "Save Target As..." / Netscape: Right click and "Save link as..."

Step 3: While completing the Online Submission Form, it will be necessary to attach/upload your abstract(s) to your record (in the template format).

Step 4: When providing the details of your Abstract, you will be asked to choose the topic that is most appropriate for your abstract. Please print the list of themes available: List of Themes

Step 5: Click on the button below to access the submission page

Step 6: All fields on the online abstract submission form must be completed. Please print a copy of the abstract submission form for your records prior to clicking the submit button.

Step 7: Do not resubmit your abstract for any reason other than a notified submission error. If you do not receive a confirmation email with a receipt number that your abstract was successfully uploaded, please contact the Conference Secretariat.
